About the Role

Required minimum 6 years of Experience after B. Tech.

Client Billing (Preparing regular bill, Supplementary bill etc.)
Prepare and process Subcontractor bills.
Quantity Estimation of Structures i.e. (Drain, Pipe Culvert, Box Culvert, VUP, PUP, MNB e.tc.)
BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) of structures i.e. (BC, VUP, PUP, MNB, e.t.c)
Quantity Estimation of Versátil & Rigid Pavement (Embankment, GSB, WMM, CTB, DBM, BC, PQC)
RFI Raising, DPR, MPR & strip charts update.
Letter Tracking & Management (Incoming & Outgoing letters to client and vendors)
Preparing of Work Program
Preparing Reconciliation statements of Materials.
RFI Tracking & Co-ordination




Inspection and Verification of works measurements
Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors.
Check bills raised by the contractors. This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates.
Preparing Workorders for Subcontractors
Analise and negotiate contracts and subcontracts
Estimate quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labour.
Conduct site evaluations and audits for compliance and accuracy.
