Your Role: Head of Sales:
As our Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for defining, leading,



and executing MonetizeMore’s integral sales strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on sales expert who can build and scale a revenue engine across international markets, with a focus on high-value enterprise clients in the ad-tech space.

What You’ll Do:
- Own & Lead the Sales Function: Drive the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution—from lead generation to contract close.
- Set the Sales Vision: Define and execute MonetizeMore’s go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Executive Team.
- Drive Strategic Revenue: Target and close deals with Publishers, have existing relationships and broad based understanding around the needs of DSPs, SSPs, GCPPs, MCMs, exchanges to drive partner led sales for Traffic Cop across APAC.
- Build & Scale the Sales Team: Hire, coach, and manage high-performing sales talent, building a metrics-driven sales org.
