Position Overview
To own the lifecycle of software products that support the strategic and operational goals of the
Technology Department and administrative units. To define product vision, gather and prioritize
requirements, and guide cross-functional teams toward delivering impactful, user-centered
solutions. The goal of this role is to ensure that software products provide long-term value, foster
innovation, and align with institutional needs.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analyst or related fields.




- 1-2 years of experience in similar positions.

- Leadership in projects and team coordination.
- Experience managing product backlogs and translating user needs into actionable
- requirements.

- Proactivity, autonomy, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to understand and adapt to institutional needs.
- High proficiency in English and Spanish.
