This job opening is for our office in Santiago, Chile.Role Overview:
- Own a set of accounts and drive product adoption, renewal and expansion.
- Conduct regular monitoring of the account health for your portfolio and decide on the next steps to boost engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the accounts by engaging with them meaningfully over multiple channels.
- Be the voice of the customers and champion their interests internally.
- Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to build what helps your customers.





Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate in any discipline
- Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
- Smart and scrappy. Able to figure things out on your own
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in a customer facing role.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to drive decisions and improve client engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in helping customers achieve their goals.

Desirable Experiences:
- Experience with PPC advertising (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).You’re passionate about making customers happy
- You believe in "Actions speak louder than words"
- High-energy and confident.
