Overview

Chilean Rent a Car is seeking a Supervisor oriented to service and operational management, responsible for advising clients on vehicle rental, coordinating administrative processes (contracts, documentation, desk handling) and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for personnel management and operational tasks at the desk, including contract administration, direct client service, and support in internal processes. Collaborates closely with the Branch Manager in activity coordination and assumes their functions in case of absence, ensuring operational continuity and service quality.

Qualifications

- Academic background: Technical or professional in Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Work experience:



At least 2 years in administrative functions, staff management, or customer service.
- Specific knowledge: Competence in customer service and problem resolution.
- Computer skills: Use of IT tools (Excel, management systems, email).
- Soft skills: Leadership and team coordination; clear and effective communication, both oral and written; organization and time management; proactive and adaptable to replace the Branch Manager when necessary.
