The Group Learning function will build the organisation’s ability to anticipate future skill requirements as a basis for development of people strategies and provide methods and mechanisms for development of those skills over time and at the point of need.

Purpose

Define and agree the learning strategy for region/business to drive optimal achievement of desired business performance outcomes and build a culture of learning. Accountable for working with the business to understand strategic capabilities needed, and to uncover and prioritise learning requirements. Provide a single point of contact for region/business by managing learning initiatives through to completion.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Uncover key capabilities required from strategic workforce planning for the business/region
- Understand desired business performance outcomes in order to translate the capabilities that are necessary to deliver these with business leaders.
