Overview
We're scaling fast and building the operational backbone that powers retail execution across Latin America. As we expand into new markets and deepen adoption in existing ones, we need someone who can take what we've built centrally and make it actually work in the field — bridging the gap between design and execution, every single day.
Who we are
Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce. We serve a wide range of retailers — from supermarkets, specialty stores, and pharmacies to department stores and fashion brands — across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, and Argentina. How? Through three key products:
- Flexifleet: Freelancer marketplace to perform picking, packing, and delivery tasks for retailers and marketplaces.
- Fulfillment Optimizer: Modular software to increase productivity in eCommerce picking, packing, and delivery.
- Consumer Connect: AI WhatsApp conversational commerce to boost sales and elevate customer experience.
Backed by over $70M USD in venture capital, we've delivered consistent growth over the past six years and completed more than 100 million orders through our platform. Today, we serve 100+ customers and engage thousands of freelancers across our network. We're building a profitable, scalable ecosystem — and our vision is to become the #1 partner for retailers to grow their eCommerce business.
About the role
The Global Operations team designs and owns the central processes that power the platform — payments, supply, and product operations. These processes are built centrally and need to be implemented, adopted, and stabilized across all markets.
The Integral Operations Analyst is the implementation engine of the team. You take processes and features that have been designed and proved their value, and you lead their rollout across markets — building standardization and operational excellence along the way.
The ideal profile sits at the intersection: technical enough to understand how the systems work, and operational enough to get things done with local teams. You will use AI and automation as core tools to drive efficiency, reduce manual work, and accelerate implementation cycles.
What you'll do
Implementation & Rollout
- Take central processes and features from "designed and working in one country" to "running and adopted in new markets" — understanding each process end-to-end, mapping local adaptations, coordinating prerequisites with local teams, running the implementation, operating during stabilization, and handing off with documentation once stable.
- Act as the link between Product and local country teams during rollouts — translating global standards into local context and surfacing operational blockers back to the center.
- Document variations, edge cases, and learnings from each implementation so the next rollout is faster and requires less central support.
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize operational workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing consistency across markets.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to support process monitoring and decision-making.
Data & Analysis
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions with evidence.
- Track adoption metrics for each feature across assigned markets and flag when something is not working before it becomes a problem.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and local operations teams to resolve blockers and align priorities.
What we're looking for
Education & Experience
- Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field — or up to 1 year of experience in operations, strategy & ops, or implementation roles.
- Ideally in a tech-enabled, marketplace, or platform business.
Technical Skills
- Comfortable working with data: SQL knowledge is a must.
- Google Sheets / Excel: advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation
- Python is a plus, but highly valued.
- Familiarity with data tools and dashboards (Looker, BigQuery, Data Studio) is a plus.
Languages
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Nice to have
- Experience in gig economy, marketplace, retail operations, or last-mile delivery.
- Familiarity with process mapping, implementation methodologies, or change management.
- Experience with BigQuery, Dataform, or similar data transformation tools.
