Overview
Your role as Portable Flow Sales Trainee is focusing on learning. Upon completion of the program, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform as a Sales Engineer, promoting and selling the full product portfolio within an assigned territory, developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will also ensure high quality technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle, exploring the full potential of the market through sales strategies.
Program structure
The program consists in an international setting, with multi-functional experiences, developing technical and commercial skills through Production, Engineering, Product Marketing and Business Development in a practical way. You will be visiting our factory in Padova, Italy, the service area in Australia, and the Divisional marketing team in Rock Hill, SC USA, having a month period of full immersion to be the next generation of Sales Engineer experts in the Portable Flow business.
The journey does not stop after 3 months; it is just beginning! Returning to your home country, you will have a short-term mission assigned to start to put your learning in practice as Inside Sales for 3 months, testing the waters, in the Customer Center within your region, supported by the local sales team and the General Manager.
After this last phase, then comes your graduation and the opportunity to become our next Sales Engineer, expert in Portable Flow solutions, ready to reach our vision of being the most trusted total solution provider for demanding applications.
To Succeed, You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with focus on mechanical or hydraulic engineering,
with good technical knowledge in engineering principles (preferably recently graduated within the last 3 years).
- Excellent command of English (verbally, writing and reading).
- Sales and Marketing interest (no experience required, only the passion for it).
- Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Business development passion.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- A curious mindset and a self-learning pace.
- Awareness of cultural differences and international business environments.
- Availability to travel and be abroad for 3 consecutive months (potentially Jun 26–Aug 26).

Job location
During Trainee Program: Padova, Italy, Australia and Rock Hill, SC in the US.
After Graduation: The potential permanent role to be offered will be in the home country of the customer center where you were hired (Santiago, Chile (CL)) with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely, being on the field visiting customers and being on-site at the organization's office in your country.
