Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide non-routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling needs to projects. You will establish stakeholder relationships, conduct schedule analysis and integrate activities, identify restraints, quantify risks, monitor cost and performance, recommend alternatives, and deliver training sessions and workshops. Your activities will synthesize project components into seamless execution.

Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinating cost engineering/planning and scheduling needs to projects
- Coordinating with all departments to ensure understanding of total project schedule needs
- Identifying schedule considerations and problems resulting from inter-discipline or functional restraints and interfaces
- Monitoring and reporting critical path and schedule performance of the total project
- Conducting project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities. Collecting and analyzes alternatives for schedule improvement.
- Coordinating cost recording, monitoring,



& reporting practices for compliance with applicable standards
- Coordinating the development and accuracy of cost reports
- Preparing specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of detailed project risk register through ongoing reviews to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness including facilitation support during the risk workshops, risk identification sessions and other risk related activities
- Delivering training sessions and facilitates workshops

Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of Bechtel quantity tracking procedures
- Quantity tracking
- Construction weekly reports
- Knowledge of Bechtel Teamworks and Setroute systems
