Important responsibilities in this role will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
- Managing reception area and front desk.
- Greeting guests and visitors, handling the appropriate registration processes and visitor policy guidelines.
- Answering the central phone line.
- Managing inventory of office assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors),



and submitting respective invoices.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities.
- Managing documents and files.
- Assisting in various daily operations.
- Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Manage Traveldesk and Transport
- Provide support in other administrative areas.
- Manage Petty Cash
- Skills we’re looking for:
- Undergraduate degree in Administration, Travel industry, Translation, or similar and the following skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent customer service skills and orientation
