The role requires dedicated capacity to fulfil the following ongoing responsibilities:

- Customer relationship management and proactive follow-up
- Structured customer feedback and business review meetings
- Billing coordination and collections management
- Contract renewal oversight and negotiation support
- Customer site visits across the Latin American region

Additional requirements for the role:

- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese is a strong asset




- Geographic presence in South America or alignment with time zones between UTC −2 and UTC −5
- Ability to support customers during regional business hours

Compensation - $20,000 USD plus commission

Duration - I year Contract
