**About the role**
Are you passionate about empowering teams and delivering impactful training? Swoop is seeking an experienced and innovative _Training Manager_ to lead the design, delivery, and management of world-class training programs across our global organisation.
This newly created role, reporting to our _Head of Operations_, offers an exciting opportunity to shape Swoop’s training strategy, revolutionise our e-learning approach, and ensure our teams have the skills and tools needed to succeed.
You will own the development and implementation of training solutions for Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and other teams, ensuring effectiveness, engagement and consistency. From onboarding programs and product knowledge training to creating interactive e-learning modules, you’ll play a critical role in fostering our culture of learning and development. Collaborating with department heads and senior leaders, you’ll ensure all training aligns with Swoop’s values, culture, and business goals.
This role is ideal for someone based in the UK or Chile who is happy to travel overseas to attend face-to-face meetings or deliver training.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategy and Planning:
- Conduct a Training Needs Analysis across all teams to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Develop and implement a company-wide training roadmap that addresses immediate and long-term needs.
- Overhaul the existing LMS (TalentLMS), evaluate its effectiveness, and propose alternatives if required.
- Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness, track results, and refine programs based on feedback.
- Regularly evaluate and update training materials to ensure they remain relevant and impactful.
- Establish a centralised training calendar to ensure visibility and coordination across teams.
Training Delivery:
- Design and deliver engaging induction programs for all new hires, ensuring consistency across teams.
- Oversee onboarding programs for Sales and CX, collaborating with team experts to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Ensure all new starters are trained on key systems, tools, and processes (e.g., CRM, Amazon Connect, Google Drive).
- Create and deliver engaging training programs for Sales, CX, systems, product knowledge, and other team-specific needs.
- Innovate with interactive virtual training, incorporating e-learning tools, quizzes, videos, and hands-on techniques.
- Develop interactive e-learning tools and modules.
- Design and deliver a Train-the-Trainer program to upskill other team members in delivering effective training.
- Lead consistent training for Sales and CX teams, ensuring alignment with the Sales Training Playbook and CX requirements.
Culture and Standards:
- Act as a Values Ambassador, ensuring all training reflects and reinforces Swoop’s mission and culture.
- Maintain a high standard of product knowledge training to enable teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure all programs are inclusive, engaging, and accessible to employees, regardless of language or location.
- Collaborate with international teams, where appropriate, to develop culturally relevant and multilingual training materials (e.g., Spanish).
- Bring creative ideas to engage and inspire teams through training opportunities.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, feedback collection, and venue booking when needed.
- Ensure onboarding and training systems are well-maintained and accessible.
- Coordinate training records and compliance tracking for all required programs.
**About you**
You will be an experienced _Training Manager_ with a strong track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs. You must have:
- Proven experience delivering Sales training and Customer Service training to drive performance and results.
- A passion for revolutionising e-learning, with expertise in creating interactive and engaging online modules using tools like TalentLMS, Articulate, or Captivate.
