With plans to extend our presence in the LATAM market, we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Recruiter in Chile to source top-tier talent and manage our growing recruitment efforts in the region.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the company’s recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract the best talent in the LATAM region.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
- **Region-Specific Expertise**: Familiarity with the LATAM job market,



with an understanding of how to source talent in this region.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
- **Organization Skills**: Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience recruiting for international companies.
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing offers.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
