**What's the role?**:
The purpose of the role is to lead the Human Resources function for Chile. The HR Director will act as a true Business Partner, reporting to the General Manager and representing HR in the Board of Directors in the country. Also, will lead a team of HRBPs and other specialists. In a centralized regional structure, this role receives support from the HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) in the regional hub in Panama - Talent Acqusition, Talent Management, Reward, and Learning & Development. In the local structure in Chile, this role has accountability in these areas for the country.

**What does the role involve?**:
HR Projects and Change Management:
- Implement HR Policies;
- Consolidate data and analysis regarding people;
- Compensation & Benefits projects;
- Manage the Performance Assessment Hilti Model, Learning & Development, Competence Management and Culture topics.
Talent Management and Leadership Pipeline:
- Coaching and Mentoring for High Management;
- Manage all succession plans, career path for Key and Critical positions, as well as identify future talents in all local teams.
Business Partner to all areas:
- Reports and Interface with the Board of Directors, Senior management and Regional/Global HR Community;
- Support in Design and Restructure of all Business Areas;
- Act as a Business Partner Manager and coordinate the local HRBPs,
analyzing Finance data with an HR point of view in the business;
- Develop effective partnerships with the business and across the HR community,
- Drive the people topics and leading transformation and change.

**What you need is**:
- You must hold a master’s degree in either HR- or business related. MBA is desired;
- You must have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in different HR areas;
- You must have leadership experience, managing other HR teams in the past;
- You have a broad understanding of state-of-the-art HR methods and techniques;
- You bring a willingness to learn about the diverse roles at Chile;
- Your communication skills are excellent;
- You speak fluent English and Spanish;
- You have a positive mindset and you are fun to work with!
