**The Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and strategic **Affiliate Executive** to lead and grow our affiliate partnerships across **Latin America**. This role focuses on performance marketing, campaign optimization, and relationship management, including collaboration with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate partners in key LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Brazil) to drive client acquisition and trading volumes
- Develop and implement strategies to boost affiliate performance and engagement
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using tools such as **Impact**, **Cellxpert**, and **Appsflyer**
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure effective affiliate partnerships
- Stay informed on LATAM market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements
- Work with influencers and content creators to promote brand awareness and attract new clients
- Provide affiliates and influencers with creative assets, insights, and regular performance feedback




- Proven experience in **affiliate marketing**, ideally within **Forex, CFDs**, or the **fintech** industry
- Hands-on experience with **Impact, Cellxpert**, and **Appsflyer**
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to performance marketing
- Solid understanding of the **LATAM region**, trading behaviors, and local regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Existing portfolio of affiliate partners is a strong advantage
- Experience in **influencer marketing** is a significant plus
- Fluency in **Spanish** and/or **Portuguese**, with **proficiency in English** required
