**Profile**:

- Students of Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.




- Proactive mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
- Valid student insurance.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage processes related to suppliers, invoicing, and budgets approved by regional teams or clients.
- Develop internal reporting and data analysis (e.g., sell-out reports) to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Support the creation of marketing plans for categories such as Gaming and Mobility, following the required formats and templates.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and regional approvals (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Manage supplier relationships, quotations, and budgets for assigned marketing activities.
- Control PO processes, MKT numbers, invoicing, and supporting documentation (e.g., marketing fund reports).
- Consolidate assigned budgets into internal control files and regional reports.
- Support the quotation of POP materials and merchandising.
