Key Responsibilities
- ** Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- ** Customer Service**: Serve as the primary point of contact for consultations, providing excellent support.
- ** Vendor Collaboration**: Work with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
- ** Partner Enablement**: Conduct vendor training sessions and provide guidance on product and program knowledge as an SME.
- ** Pipeline Management**: Track and manage the vendor pipeline, identifying and qualifying leads, and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- ** Internal Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams for timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
- ** Product Knowledge Development**: Gain in-depth knowledge of AWS products, programs, and industry trends.
- ** Data Analysis**: Analyze metrics to identify improvement areas and implement strategies to drive results.
- ** Technical Guidance**: Provide education on product alternatives, cross-reference assistance, and technical support.
- ** Sales Team Participation**: Actively engage in customer account planning and review processes.
- ** Industry Training**: Attend vendor-specific business training as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of relevant experience in AWS and Partner Ecosystem environments; an associate's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred; a high school diploma is required.
- ** Sales Knowledge**: Strong understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
- ** Travel**: Willingness to travel as needed.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficient in basic mathematical calculations and possesses complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- ** Collaboration**: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to task completion.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to change and perform well under pressure.
- ** Ethical Standards**: Uphold social, ethical, and organizational standards with a commitment to confidentiality.
