Role

Community Manager in Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile.

Responsibilities

- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
- Connect with potential users and conduct sensitization activities.
- Liaise with development and sales departments.
- Build relationships with users.
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.

Qualifications

- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Experience planning and leading community events




- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Hands-on experience with social media management
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem solver
- BSc in marketing or relevant field

Location

This role requires ongoing presence in Santiago, Chile.
