Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business opportunities with corporate clients, institutions, and large fleets.
- Prepare commercial proposals, participate in bidding processes, and negotiate key terms.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and postsales followup.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and services.
- Manage CRM systems, commercial reports, and market analysis.
Requirements
- Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in automotive, transportation, leasing, or fleet management).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong results orientation, autonomy, and analytical skills.
