Overview

This is a highly collaborative and critical position within the South America HR Business Partner organization, working closely with business leadership and other regional HRBPs and specialists within the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and MyHR employee relations team. The HR Business Partner directly supports the Industrial Gases organization for Chile, Peru & Ecuador. Key accountabilities include driving the people and organizational strategies to support business priorities and performance. This role partners with managers across workforce planning, talent and succession management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance & career development, employee engagement, and diversity, inclusion & belonging. As an HR Business Partner, you will bring insight, an independent viewpoint, and strategic HR expertise to Senior Leaders. This role reports to the South America HR Director and is based in Chile.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Partner to senior leaders on strategy and leadership effectiveness.
- Workforce Planning, covering long-term strategy and execution.
- Talent & Succession Management, driving reviews and building diverse,



future ready pipelines.
- Performance & Career Development, enabling continuous feedback and growth.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Change, supporting transformation and team effectiveness.
- Employee Engagement, Culture & DIB, strengthening inclusion and employee experience through data driven insights.
- Total Rewards Advisory, guiding compensation, recognition and retention decisions.
- Data Driven HR Strategy, leveraging analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- M&A; (Merger & Acquisition) and Workforce Risk Support.
- HR Collaboration & People Leadership, working across HR functions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Admin, engineering or related careers
- Human Resources related Postgraduate or MBA studies
- Advanced English Skill
- Microsoft Office Intermediate
- Minimum 10 years of proven HR experience preferably in Industrial Multinational Companies

- IA Knowledge will be a differentiation
- Workday proficiency will be a plus
