The Opportunity

SKIDATA is seeking a driven, hands‑on Project Manager to support projects in Chile and across the region. This role is idóneo for a proactive professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys leading complex, customer‑facing implementations from planning through delivery. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, following PMBOK best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for SKIDATA solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Apply PMBOK / PMI methodologies to manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders including Field Service, Installation, Software Development, Supply Chain, Sales, and third‑party vendors
- Communicate project status, risks, and critical path clearly to technical teams, customers, and executive leadership
- Establish and manage realistic project schedules in dynamic environments
- Learn and support access control, parking, and related system implementations, acting as implementation lead when required

- Write and manage Scopes of Work (SOWs) for contractors (general, electrical, communications)
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and change management

Qualifications & Experience

- Engineering degree required; PMI / PMO certification strongly preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in technology, infrastructure, access control, or parking environments
- Hands‑on experience with on‑site software and hardware implementations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Experience with configuration management, change management, and test planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer‑facing and relationship‑building abilities at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and decision‑making skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in changing environments
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Languages

- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Personal Attributes

- Self‑motivated and highly accountable
- Team‑oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- High integrity, professionalism, and adaptability
