Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of store business operations, responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, and executing headquarters' strategies on the ground.
- Manage daily store operations including staffing, merchandise, displays, inventory, customer service, and customer experience.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and conduct performance management for store staff, building an efficient team to support both sales and service.
- Act as the business owner of the store — oversee foot traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value, marketing campaigns, new product launches, brand standards, and maintain relationships with the mall and headquarters. Qualifications
- Associate degree or above.Have basci English ability(not a must, prefer).
- Minimum 2 years of retail store management experience; 3C/mobile phone/consumer electronics industry preferred.
- Strong sales management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills; able to manage people, inventory, profit, and customer experience simultaneously.
- Data-sensitive with basic business analysis capabilities, strong execution, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to adapt to retail shifts including weekends and holidays.
