Role Overview:
The Facility Manager – Soft Services is responsible for the management, delivery, and continuous improvement of all soft services within the office environment, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace experience.
This role focuses on vendor management, service quality, SLA compliance, and employee satisfaction, ensuring that all non-technical facility services operate smoothly and meet business expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Soft Services Management
Oversee the full scope of soft services operations, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with company standards.
Manage and coordinate the following services:
Cleaning services (hygiene, sanitation, workplace standards)
Security services (guards, access control, surveillance)
Reception & front desk (visitor management, switchboard)
Mail & courier handling
Landscaping & pest control
Helpdesk / workplace support for facility users
Event support (meeting room setup, coordination)
Ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and consistently across all facilities.
2. Vendor & Contract Management
Manage outsourced service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and service evaluations.
Lead supplier meetings and drive continuous service improvement plans.
Validate service delivery for invoicing, acceptance, and payment processes.
3. Workplace Experience & Service Excellence
Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding workplace services.
Monitor employee satisfaction and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Identify opportunities to enhance workplace experience through service improvements and initiatives.
Implement best practices to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
4. Helpdesk & Operations Management
Oversee facility helpdesk operations and ticketing systems.
