Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant, based in Santiago.

The Operations

Assistant will support daily operations, assist in managing workflows, and ensure efficiency in business processes.

Key responsibilities include helping with operational planning, monitoring and improving systems, coordinating with teams, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining documentation and offering administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management

Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

Customer Service experience and a commitment to providing quality support

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Proficiency with standard office software including spreadsheets, word processors, and scheduling tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage

Previous experience in a similar operational or administrative role is preferred
