Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute on the ground marketing activities, including instore displays, product launches, and brand activations.
Design and manage marketing materials, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts into retail channels.
Develop and manage online campaigns, including social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and content creation.
Monitor and optimize digital ad spend across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram) to ensure efficient performance and ROI.
Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report on key metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and local partners.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Experience
A minimum of 1 years of marketing experience in the Latin American market, with a particular focus on Chile
Offline & Online Expertise: Proven track record in executing both offline (events, brand activations) and online marketing campaigns (social media, influencer marketing, PR, paid advertising).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for cross-market communication and content creation.
Multi-tasking & Adaptability: Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
A high level of responsibility, with a proactive approach to driving projects and taking ownership of results.
The role requires close collaboration with our China-based team, necessitating flexibility and effective communication across time zone differences to ensure smooth coordination and timely project execution.
