What You Will Be Doing
- Sustain and expand relationships with current partners by applying AI-enhanced communication analytics to tailor engagement, forecast partner requirements, and build enduring collaboration.
- Discover and develop strategic partnerships consistent with organizational goals by utilizing AI-powered market intelligence, analytics-based targeting, and automated outreach tools.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance through AI-driven analytics and automated dashboards to deliver leadership real-time visibility and predictive trend insights.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Traditional management; this is a hands‑on position, and we maintain structured processes to ensure and uphold quality standards.
- Spending the majority of your time on new partner recruitment.
- Concerning yourself with monthly income fluctuations.
Director Channel Sales Key Responsibilities
- Expand strategic partnerships, resulting in accelerated market penetration,
improved partner retention, and revenue growth.
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in channel sales leadership roles (manager level or higher)
- A minimum of 7 years of total sales experience
- Background in B2B software sales
- Demonstrated experience building or deploying AI-assisted workflows within a sales context
- Currently located in North or South America

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
