We are looking for a People Operations (POps) Analyst in Santiago, Chile to take care of all day to day people and culture functions for a growing digital agency.



This role will work closely with a global People Operations team that loves to collaborate and brainstorm together. It is an opportunity to work for a human centric organization that prioritizes employee engagement and learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all aspects of the payroll process, including but not limited to: calculating and processing salaries, employee changes, and liaising with payroll providers to ensure payroll.
- Issue contracts and new hire paperwork, and prepare changes to ensure payroll deadlines are met successfully.
- Facilitate a welcoming and effective onboarding experience by coordinating orientations and handling all key details of the new hire experience.
- Manage employment contracts, new hire paperwork, and legal documentation, and archive appropriately within the systems. Maintain and improve organization of systems.
- Manage the employee lifecycle by processing moves and changes within the HRIS, including offboarding employees in a timely manner.
