Job Description
Are you interested in creating products that optimize technology and processes to improve our customer and dealer experiences?
The Digital Program Management Team within Customer Experience is leading the way to provide remarkable service to our customers, creating seamless experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
You will be responsible for defining clear prioritization of the product based on value, feasibility and strategic importance, collaborating cross-functionally throughout the product development lifecycle.
The Product Manager will manage the products OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), tracking and driving the expected outcomes.
The successful candidate will lead with ownership and accountability, inspiring teams and driving product success from concept to launch.
What You Will Be Doing
Leading product discovery and validation to identify customer problems worth solving
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for digital solutions
Define OKRs,
success metrics and product performance and generate data-driven insights to drive improvements and optimizations
Cross functional collaboration with engineering, design and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage trade-offs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital products
Lead agile ceremonies, write user stories, manage backlogs and ensure continuous iteration
Driving continuous improvement through customer-centric thinking and design tools
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is desirable
3-5 years experience as a Product Manager working through out the entire product lifecycle
1-2 years leadership experience
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations
Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and OKRs to make informed decisions and drive product success
Ability to assemble and interpret data,
create executive summaries and deliver business insights based on product performance metrics, benchmarking or applicable data sources
Ability to write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with UX principles and ability to collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences
Strong business acumen, understanding of business models and market dynamics to guide product decisions
