With 6 production bases, 4 research institutes, 32 manufacturing companies, and over 17,000 employees worldwide, we support critical infrastructure across data centers, renewable energy, energy storage, hydrogen power, EV charging, industrial facilities, and utility networks.We are rapidly expanding in the Americas (North America & Latin America) as a key strategic growth region.Based in the Americas (Mexico, USA, or LATAM) or willing to relocate.Key Focus AreasPower Sales & Industrial Electricity Sales (Core Focus)ResponsibilitiesDevelop new customers and convert opportunities into signed contractsBuild strong long-term relationships with key clientsLead sales negotiations, close deals, and achieve revenue targetsCoordinate internally with technical, production,



and after-sales teamsHandle delivery follow-up, service support, and issue resolutionReport market trends, opportunities, and risks to support pricing and product strategyQualificationsBachelor's degree or above (Electrical Engineering / International Trade preferred)7+ years of experience in energy/power systems, B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnershipsStrong knowledge of Americas energy markets (utilities, renewables, industrial electrification)Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder projectsEntrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, adaptable, results-orientedFluency in English and SpanishStrong communication, negotiation, execution, and stress-management skillsResults-driven, independent, and team-orientedElectric industrial experience is a plus
