The trade marketing grade Support the execution and development of Trade Marketing initiatives for the Food Service channel across Chile (70%) and Hispanic markets (30%).
The role bridges strategic planning and field execution, ensuring strong in-market execution aligned with commercial priorities, driving sell-out, coverage, and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of Trade Marketing programs across Food Service channels (restaurants, QSR, hotels, catering, distributors).
- Coordinate with external agencies for design, production, and implementation of POS materials.
- Track and monitor KPIs such as Sell Out, Coverage, Dispensers, and Perfect Restaurant.
- Assist in managing execution programs including Konectados, Dispensers plan, and customer activations.
- Ensure correct implementation of visibility assets (dispensers, caddies, POP materials).
- Support Perfect Restaurant initiatives through execution tracking and performance follow-ups.
- Analyze performance data and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial plans.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or related roles
• Experience in Food Service channel is desirable
• Advanced Excel
• PowerPoint proficiency
• Power BI (desirable)
• Budget management exposure (desirable)
• Advanced English (desirable)
