Sr Customer Success Manager – Santiago, Chile
Location: Santiago, Chile.
This role grows, nurtures, and retains LATAM accounts for Entrust's Identity Security solutions.
It involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts and ensuring successful implementation and onboarding for customers across the LATAM region.
Responsibilities
Manage and forecast book of business, including ongoing usage revenue, renewals, and partnering with Sales AEs on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with Account Executive, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver the best Entrust experience.
Identify and solve client challenges, presenting solutions in partnership with the client.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding priorities and product enhancements to the Product team.
Drive personal and team development, sharing best practices to scale performance.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage customer issues to ensure a top-tier Entrust experience.
Qualifications
5+ years in Client Service Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or similar.
Experience managing a book of business valued around USD$3 million+,



with quarterly KPIs such as revenue usage and retention rates.
Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of IT development and deployment, especially in SaaS.
Clear solutions focus with emphasis on business outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and with customers.
Strong presentation and communication abilities, with attention to detail.
Experience partnering with Product teams and handling conflict/issue resolution.
First-class negotiation skills and data-analytic proficiency.
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is preferred.
Prior SaaS, Security, or related industry experience.
