The team:
Based in Mexico, we are part of the Americas Talent Acquisition team. Our mission is to design and deploy interventions that attract, accelerate, engage, and retain top talent for our organization.

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for the recruitment cycle and its activities as a member of our TA Department. Additionally,



you will develop and execute initiatives to improve employer branding in order to attract top talents to our fast-growing organization.

Talent Acquisition- Partner with Hiring Managers to effectively source, attract and recruit top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.- Develop University relationships and build internship programs.-
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to focus on recruiting a diverse workforce and building a robust talent pipeline within the region.-
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.- Help drive global and regional HR-related projects when necessary.

Employer Branding- Be a key member in the development of Murex’s employer branding, key messaging, and what it means to be a Murexian for the region.- Adapt employer branding speech to local talent to match their expectations and work with the general employer branding team to ensure consistent messaging.-
