The People Services & Operations team (including Payroll) plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality HR services across a range of advisory and administrative functions. This role focuses on supporting and executing established HR solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Work independently within defined guidelines to complete tasks in Payroll and Time & Attendance
- Apply practical knowledge of systems, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Evaluate and select solutions from known alternatives within the area of expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
We are looking for
- 3 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or a related HR operations role
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor regulations, and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Workday - HRIS and time tracking systems
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
