Lead Planner, Data Center Construction Projects

Turner & Townsend are looking for a Scheduler to join our team. The idóneo candidate will have a track record of working on complex large‑scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule
- Prepare and monitor tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project requirements against the schedule
- Integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule
- Review contractors’ submitted schedules and make recommendations to the client
- Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and the client
- Develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of the project
- Interact with contractors and verify project data to update the schedule
- Assess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare a defense claim report
- Provide a recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claim
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the project schedule
- Work out site logistic planning for the project




- Prepare and propose micro‑management schedules for critical elements of work

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with substantial experience in scheduling complex construction projects, preferable with data center experience.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Primavera P6 and a deep understanding of critical path method scheduling.
- 5 years of experience working as a Lead Scheduler in similar projects.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with data center / process industry specific scheduling challenges, such as phased construction and critical system tie‑ins commissioning, highly valuable.
- Spanish and English communicational skills required.
