We are looking for a Regional Integrated Media Planner to support strategic media planning across multiple markets in LATAM.
This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment between regional strategy and local execution, delivering high-impact media plans that drive business results.
What You'll Do
Provide local market insights to support regional strategic planning.
Guide the development of integrated media plans (online & offline), ensuring alignment with budgets and business objectives.
Ensure a strong channel mix strategy to maximize performance.
Track and monitor regional media plans and performance.
Consolidate and analyze regional reports and key insights.
Support local teams in applying regional guidelines and best practices.
Provide ongoing optimization and performance recommendations.
What We're Looking For
Experience
3–5 years of experience in media planning, digital or integrated media roles.
Experience working in agency environments or multi-market/regional setups is a plus.




Exposure to client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration.
Tools & Platforms
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
Programmatic platforms (DV360 or similar)
Analytics & reporting:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Excel / Google Sheets (intermediate–advanced)
Planning & tracking:
Media planning tools or dashboards
PowerPoint / Google Slides for presentations
Skills
Strong understanding of online & offline media planning.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills with a client-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regional environment.
Comfortable working with English reports and guidelines.
