AMERICA Delivery Manager, Flex Power (M/F/X)
ENGIE Laborelec – a Belgian leader in power sector services and research – is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate hands‑on technical services, guide expert engineers and help drive the energy transition across the Americas.
The role will lead projects for thermal assets, support a committed engineering team and help our clients operate safely, efficiently and renewable ready across Chile, Peru, Mexico and North America, with occasional travel to Belgium.

Responsibilities
- Lead programme and project management for professional services in thermal power generation across the Americas.
- Manage the full project lifecycle—scope, schedule, budget, quality—ensuring high safety and performance standards.
- Act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, aligning expectations and service standards. Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Energy or equivalent by experience.
- Experience in the energy sector, preferably in maintenance and troubleshooting of major power‑plant equipment.
- Strong technical skills in at least one of the following areas: condition assessment and cycling of thermal generation assets; performance improvement of thermal power plants; technical investigations on thermal assets (gas‑fired).
- A team player with an analytical mindset; results driven and hands‑on.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Willing to travel internationally; valid driving licence.
- Autonomous, proactive and comfortable in an international context.
- Knowledge of the Peruvian and Chilean energy markets is a plus.
Location
Base: Santiago, Chile or Lima, Peru. Scope: North America, Mexico, Peru & Chile. Travel: Regional plus occasional Belgium.
