About This Role
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong background in software development, including past experience developing in C#, Angular, Vue, or any similar object-oriented programming or js framework.
In this role, you will lead a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performant changes to our applications and services, while actively contributing to our overall architecture and design.
You'll collaborate closely with the product teams and key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and key initiatives are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of API and cross-platform UX developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
Architect and guide the development of scalable, secure, and reliable API solutions.
Oversee and aid in the migration of legacy platforms to newer scalable architectures, ensuring good design.




Collaborate closely with architects, and cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements.
Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, deployment pipelines, and production support as needed.
Drive the adoption of architectural patterns like microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native design.
Ensure compliance with data security, API governance, and documentation standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) – required for cross-regional team collaboration.
10+ years of experience in API and Web development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Strong understanding of cross-platform mobile and web technology development.
Hands-on expertise in modern API frameworks (.net Core as an example).
High level understanding of scalable software architecture (e.g., microservices, serverless).
Strong background in Relational Database management systems.
Experience in working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Proven experience in managing distributed teams and agile development processes.




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Comfortable presenting technical solutions and ideas to executives and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in international or multilingual environments.
