How You'll Make An Impact
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for local clients, covering all project aspects.




Support the sales team during bid clarification and negotiation processes.
Track proposal status and follow up with sales teams and clients consistently.
Review client specifications and define the right technical solution for each bid.
Identify risks in offers, estimates, and quotations and participate in risk reviews.
Coordinate pricing strategies with the Services Sales Manager.
Communicate with factories and third-party partners for technical and commercial clarifications.
Prepare basic engineering documents, data sheets, and functional descriptions for bids.
Define technical configurations and system architecture for transformer monitoring solutions.
Support digital integration with APM platforms, SCADA, and industrial protocols.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in technical proposal preparation or sales engineering roles.
Knowledge of power transformers and associated monitoring systems (DGA, OLTC, bushings).
Familiarity with digital integration protocols such as IEC ***** or Modbus TCP/IP.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in technical documentation.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
