Role Description
Initially this is a project-based role, with the possibility of a full-time hybrid role in the future.
The position is for a BIM Architect based in Santiago, offering the flexibility to work from home.
The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, creating architectural drawings, and coordinating design and documentation for various projects.
Tasks will include ensuring compliance with project requirements,



and collaborating closely with team members to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Drawings, and Construction Drawings
Strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and methodologies
Experience preparing and managing Submittals
Attention to detail and ability to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus
Experience working in a collaborative, technology-driven design environment
Professional English proficiency is required
