GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Paid Social Coordinator is a member of the Digital Marketing team, responsible for the execution, quality assurance, and performance reporting across social platforms. This role supports the planning and activation of paid media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across our key customer segments.
Working closely with internal partners, the Paid Social Coordinator builds, launches, and maintains paid campaigns, ensures accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives, monitors performance, and contributes to ongoing optimization through reporting and insights. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely, relevant and effective paid media experiences across digital consumer touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Paid Social Campaign Execution
- Build, launch, and maintain paid media campaigns across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn & Pinterest)
- Traffic ads using approved creative, ad copy, targeting, and budgets
- Manage campaign set-up including objectives, audiences, placements, and flighting
Campaign QA & Optimization Support
- QA campaigns, ads, and audiences to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with strategy
- Identify and resolve issues related to pacing, delivery, or setup
- Support optimization efforts by implementing updates to targeting, creative, and budgets as directed
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Assist with weekly and monthly paid media performance reporting
- Pull and analyze platform metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR
- Share insights, trends, and recommendations with internal stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support campaign timelines, asset delivery, and launch readiness
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:
Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
Required
- Demonstrated passion for the social media space
- Working knowledge of paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest & LinkedIn
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- The ability to communicate creatively and in an engaging manner
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to providing premium customer service
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work individually and with cross-functional teams to develop consensus within diverse groups
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or similar
- Basic understanding of media metrics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms
- Experience working with creative assets and ad specifications
- Exposure to paid media platforms, campaign managers, or reporting dashboards
