TalentWorldGroup is hiring Croatian-speaking Pre-Sales Representatives to support a leading European travel-tech platform that is transforming how vacation rentals are managed and booked.
In this role, you will help homeowners explore partnership opportunities and guide them through the early qualification process.

Key Responsibilities Contact homeowners from client-provided databases and marketing-generated leads Conduct lead prequalification calls and assess suitability for the platform Ask qualifying questions regarding properties, licensing, pricing, and availability Manage and update lead information accurately within CRM systems Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up and conversion Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover Required Skills Qualifications Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills Experience in calling environments,
