Job DescriptionLive the Dash Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Client Experience Representative to support clients throughout their travel journey—from initial planning and booking to post-trip follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, customer service, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fully remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional mannerAssist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requestsProvide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policiesFollow up with clients to confirm travel details and overall satisfactionResolve client concerns using empathy, professionalism,
