Our 14-month Shipping Trainee Program is an intensive learning experience designed to accelerate your professional growth through a combination of structured training, real business exposure, and international experience.
From day one, you will work alongside experienced shipping professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to the operational and commercial side of the business while developing a deep understanding of the maritime industry.
This program is specially designed for people with a strong desire to learn, analytical thinking, and the motivation to grow in a dynamic, international environment where English is part of everyday business.

Requirements
Technical or university degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Advanced English level (mandatory) — you should feel comfortable participating in meetings and conversations entirely in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn fast
Proactive mindset and strong teamwork abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
