The Legal Analyst will provide comprehensive legal support across multiple areas of the organization, including Trade, Marketing, and Corporate Functions. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation, supporting corporate governance activities, and acting as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.

Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare, update, and maintain company policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
- Draft formal correspondence and legal communications.
- Monitor and support corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance activities.
- Manage and administer legal documentation, files, databases, and internal legal platforms.




- Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with external legal counsel and advisors.

Qualifications

- Law degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal advisory roles, preferably within leading companies or law firms.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
- Proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
