As Trade Compliance and Regulatory Coordinator/Technical Responsible, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws related to the Regulatory and Trade Compliance Department for the Life Science business, protecting the company from liability. This position provides expertise in Trade Compliance matters.

General scope of responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to configure and maintain proper regulation and legal requirements in SAP GTS for Life Science division in Chile.




Provide expert advice to configure and maintain correct compliance types and rules in SAP Chile.
Set up licenses and maintain SAP GTS for Life Science division. Release purchase orders.
Renew or obtain licenses and product registrations for Life Science division that fall under Regulatory and Trade Compliance responsibility, such as DGMN, SIREGAD, ISP, etc.
Support Trade Compliance related to customs requirements from relevant authorities.
Support the audit of clearance documents to verify the use of correct information and procedures for product importation.
Be responsible for reporting activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Ensure the import and export of Life Science products in accordance with local regulations.
Assist in product classification (tariff codes, import and sales controls, etc.).
Ensure regulated product sales are conducted with properly licensed customers.
