We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused DND Supervisor to support the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the dealer network for a new automotive brand within OJ Group in Chile. This role plays a key part in ensuring dealership operations run efficiently, comply with corporate standards, and deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all points of sale.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily dealership operations to ensure compliance with corporate standards, processes, and brand guidelines.
- Support the implementation of strategies for dealer network optimization and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular visits and audits to dealerships to monitor performance in sales, customer experience, and operational processes.
- Identify gaps and support the execution of improvement plans to enhance dealer performance.
- Assist in the delivery of training sessions for dealer teams, focusing on sales processes, customer experience, and operational best practices.




- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned dealerships.
- Prepare operational reports highlighting performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide on-site support during dealership openings, including coordination of setup, processes, and team onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of tools, standards, and commercial initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for dealerships, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, dealer network supervision, or automotive industry roles.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on approach.
- Experience working with KPIs, operational controls, and reporting.
