Project Control Manager for Critical Infrastructure & Data Center Project (On-site)

Location: Santiago Metropolitan Area, Chile (On-site)

Position Overview: As Project Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project controls, including cost management, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project control systems to monitor project progress, performance, and key indicators.
- Manage project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor project budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyze project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on project status to support decision‑making.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,



Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Control Manager in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with EPC, EPCM, or CM contracts.
- Strong knowledge of project control tools and methodologies (Primavera P6, cost control systems, etc.).
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced project environment.
