Talent Pool Project Management ProfessionalsPosition Type: Full-timeOverviewThe Project Manager will take responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standard and aid on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions—assisting with project management commissions and end‑to‑end delivery. Handles commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project and team members—can work as part of a larger team or the key day‑to‑day contact point with the client. Helps to set up overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters, project governance, project planning, processes, and systems to be used throughout the project.ResponsibilitiesManage the flow of project information between the wider team and the client through regular meetings and written communications, establishing project governance and communication clarity.Utilise knowledge management systems and tools to comply with company business management systems and processes.Read and understand documents defining the project, including agreements, designs, specifications, charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and change orders.Prepare project status reports,
process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain due diligence and financial files.Manage multiple timelines and project elements simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting targets and deadlines.Manage project correspondence (meetings, reports, memos, emails, etc.) to support and track with the wider team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture with a construction background.Experience working in a client‑focused environment.Understanding of the entire project life cycle from conception to post‑project review.Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in corporate office new‑build and renovation projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Fluency in Spanish and English.Preferred: Experience in the Corporate Interior sector, including Civil‑Structural and Electro‑Mechanical Engineering areas.Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
