Job Overview Plan A Technologies is looking for an ET Developer - Data Conversion .

In this role, you will be responsible for building data extracts from legacy platforms to enable seamless data conversion into Oracle Fusion.

This role supports critical data deduplication and reconciliation efforts, ensuring that the existing team can continue supporting legacy applications without interruption while conversion activities are underway.

Please note: You must have 4+ years of proven experience in large-scale data conversion or migration projects, preferably moving data into Oracle Fusion to be considered for this role.

Job Responsibilities

- Build and manage data extracts from various legacy platforms for migration purposes.
- Support efforts to eliminate redundancies and clean data sets to ensure high-quality information enters the target system.
- Perform rigorous data reconciliation between legacy and target platforms to validate the accuracy and completeness of the migrated data.
- Work alongside the core team to manage conversion activities, ensuring business continuity for legacy application support.

Experience

- BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
- Proven experience in large-scale data conversion or migration projects, preferably moving data into Oracle Fusion.
- Strong technical skills in extracting data from legacy databases and flat files.
- Experience in performing complex data validation and reconciliation between disparate systems.




- Proficiency in data deduplication techniques and maintaining data integrity during transformation.
- High attention to detail to ensure 100% data accuracy during the transition.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and mapping issues.
- Ability to work in parallel with existing teams to minimize operational disruption.
- Capable of meeting strict conversion milestones within a project-driven environment.
- Have solid written and verbal English skills.
- Initiative and drive to do great things.
