What You Will Be Doing

- Sustain and expand existing partner relationships by applying AI-enhanced communication insights to tailor engagement, predict partner requirements, and support enduring collaboration.
- Recognize and establish strategic partnerships consistent with business priorities through AI-powered market intelligence, data-informed targeting, and automated outreach.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance using AI-driven analytics and automated reporting systems to deliver leadership real-time visibility and predictive trend analysis.

- Conventional management activities; this is a hands‑on position, and we maintain structured processes to ensure quality standards
- Allocating the majority of your time to new partner recruitment

Vice President Of Channel Sales Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic partnership expansion, resulting in accelerated market penetration, improved partner retention, and elevated revenue.

Basic Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of channel sales leadership experience (manager level or above)
- Minimum 7 years of total sales experience
- Background in B2B software sales
- Demonstrated experience building or implementing AI-assisted workflows in a sales environment
- Currently located in North or South America

Working with us: This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
